I've waited awhile before I did so because truthfully, I didn't know what to write. I kept thinking to myself, "what's so interesting about my life that people would want to read about ." Then, as I sat down with my glass of wine, in front of my computer to check Aarons' school lunch menu for tomorrow, I thought, it's time for me to make my first entry. So here it is................<br /><br />For those of you who like a good glass of wine, I had one tonight. It's a wonderful 2004 Carmenere Reserve from the Central Valley of Chile called Peteroa. I had it with the delicious spaghetti and meatballs I made for dinner tonight. I added it to the sauce too. Turned out pretty damn good, the kids loved it and that's always a plus in my household. Aaron is a very picky eater and Brandon has his moments too. So, check your local wine shop for the wine and let me know how you like it. I am in Georgia so I don't know if this wine is available everywhere. Wine distribution is funny. There can be a wine in New York (where I'm originally from) that you can't find in Georgia and vice versa. Hopefully this is widely distributed.
